Behind the scenes of a Wedding Photo Shoot

Yesterday, we were excited to be the venue backdrop for a styled wedding photo shoot, that had been put together by the fabulous Ayshea Goldberg Photography.

The theme and broad idea was for an Autumn and Winter wedding with a rich and decadent colour scheme of gold and emerald green, incorporating jewel tones, against the grand interior decor of the Long Gallery. For those of you who aren’t familiar with this part of the venue, this is a large oak floored room with a magnificent Jacobean fireplace and panelling, and is most often used as the wedding breakfast and evening wedding reception room.

This was a fantastic opportunity for some talented wedding suppliers to showcase some of their work and we were delighted to be able to offer Layer Marney Tower to host for the day. Sadly, the weather wasn’t in our favour for exterior photos but that did mean that Ayshea could exhibit all the beautiful space of the Long Gallery.
