Karen and Jackie, a massive thank you to you both for making our little event so hugely enjoyable! Everything was spectacular, and you were both so helpful and patient. We had a magical, amazing time.

Wow! What a Wedding! What a fabulous day, right from the moment Graham arrived at home with the beautiful 1930’s Rolls to take us to church, throughout the afternoon until after the bride and groom had left for their honeymoon, everyone at Layer Marney looked after us all with such kindness, thoughtfulness and absolute perfection in every detail.

Thank you to you both (Karen – LMT and Charlotte – Bouquet Garni) and all the team for creating the perfect wedding reception for Emma and Oli. Having time to enjoy the gardens whilst we all drank champagne and ate delicious canapees was the perfect backdrop for a wonderful reception. The Barn looked stunning, a very special venue to sit with friends and family, eat a very delicious grazing board which looked so beautiful, and then enjoy dancing to the sax band.

We have received some amazing letters from our guests who all seem to concur, what a totally fabulous and memorable day, the best wedding they have been to!

Karen, thank you so much for all your help in planning our wedding. Time has flown since August be we wanted to thank you and all the team at Layer Marney and Bouquet Garni for an unforgettable day!

Thanks you for a perfect day! Our guests were blown away by Layer Marney – many weren’t aware it was even there. Everything looked beautiful and yourselves, as well as Charlotte and team couldn’t have been more helpful. You’ve all been amazing supporting us and our (many!) postponements over the last  two years and we are very gratefull for that. We’re so relieved we finally had our day but also sad it is over. Big shout out to Karen, she has been wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at Layer Marney Tower. The setting is beautiful and it lead for some gorgeous photo opportunities. All our guests said how beautiful it was! Every part of the process was really great and simple, Karen did a fantastic job at helping co-ordinate everything and answer all the countless emails. The caterers were really helpful at setting everything up for us all, it looked perfect. The food was delicious! Overall the day was perfect and we cannot thank you all enough for helping us have such a special days!

Beautiful venue for my wedding last week. The wedding coordinator Karen went above and beyond to ensure we had the most special day. Stunning venue which created the most amazing photos.

Like any 2020 wedding some re-planning and re-sizing was required as we sought to navigate the constantly evolving government rules. The team at Layer Marney Tower were brilliant, helpful & accommodating throughout. It’s a tremendous setting offering something really ‘stand-out’ and guests were certainly impressed by this gem tucked away in the north Essex countryside!

Layer Marney is a beautiful building which is perfect for a wedding venue. We had a lovely day and despite covid and the weather being against us, Karen and Nick did everything possible to accommodate our needs and requirements. We had our dog at the wedding and he was made to feel very welcome and made a fuss of. We had a great experience with Layer Marney Tower and would recommend the venue.

We had such a memorable day. Everything was perfect. The Corsellis Room (ceremony room) has the wow factor and the grounds of Layer Marney Tower are just fabulous for the wedding photography. The catering by Bouquet Garni was faultless and we can’t thank the team at Layer Marney enough for how seamless the whole process was. They really put us at ease every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was so special from the moment of being picked up in the Rolls Royce heading to the venue to our stay in the honeymoon suite after our reception finished. A day we will fondly remember.
