Exclusive Event – A Summer Reunion
For many couples, their wedding day at Layer Marney Tower is just the beginning of a lifelong connection with the venue. Over the years we’ve been delighted to see so many of our former couples return, whether bringing their children to bottle feed lambs, visiting the Village Fete, or simply celebrating their anniversary with a picnic in the grounds.
This summer, we are incredibly excited to introduce something completely new.
On Saturday 15th August (3–8pm) we will be hosting our very first Summer Reunion, an exclusive event created especially for couples who have celebrated their wedding with us.
A relaxed summer gathering
The reunion will be a chance to return to the place where your celebrations began, reconnect with the venue (and staff!) and enjoy a relaxed Summer afternoon and evening together.
Guests will be able to:
• Enjoy a delicious barbecue prepared by our wonderful wedding caterers Bouquet Garni
• Join us for a complementary welcome drink on arrival, with a pay bar available throughout the event
• Listen to live music
• Explore the gardens and grounds at your leisure
• Revisit the location of your ceremony and reception, plus a chance to wander up the Tower
Whether you married with us recently or many years ago, we would love to welcome you back to reminisce, share memories and see the venue once again, hopefully in plenty of sunshine…but we all know the UK weather doesn’t always play fair(!), in which case we will move into the Barn.

Tickets: £45 per person, £25 per child (3-10 years)
Your ticket includes:
- BBQ dinner *
- Welcome drink
- Live music
- Full access to the gardens, grounds and Tower
(*Vegetarian option available, but if you have any other dietary requirement, these can be advised when purchasing your tickets)
This is the first event we’ve ever hosted exclusively for our previous wedding couples, and we’re truly looking forward to bringing everyone together again.
