As we step into 2026, we’d like to wish you all a very Happy New Year and send a huge congratulations to anyone who celebrated a festive proposal over the Christmas holidays. With 2026 underway, it’s the perfect time to begin (or continue) your wedding planning journey and we have some wonderful opportunities coming up for you to come and see us at our beautiful Essex wedding venue.
Our first event of the year is a Wedding Viewing Weekend, available by appointment only.
Appointments can be booked via our calendar link, which you can find via the Arrange a viewing tab on our website.
Our popular wedding open days are open to all, with no requirement to book in advance.

We are delighted to be hosting a Wedding Show in partnership with County Wedding Events
Registration for this event is available via the County Wedding Events website
In addition to these events taking place at Layer Marney Tower, we will also be exhibiting at the County Wedding Events Signature Wedding Show at Braintree Village on Sunday 25th January from 11am to 3.30pm. This will be one of the largest Wedding Shows in Essex, with a huge number of wedding specialists to help you plan your perfect wedding day.
